Dr. Khalil is a subject matter expert in probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) and its applications in the nuclear, environmental, chemical, and toxicological fields as well as PRA applications to cyber & physical security vulnerability assessment and green supply chain risk management.
He is Associate Director of Research in the Physical Sciences Department at United Technologies Research Center (UTRC) in the USA and a Fellow at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom.
